What You'll Do
Work closely with our finance and management teams to support day-to-day office operations
Communicate directly with clients and suppliers--by phone, email, and in person
Track incoming supplier invoices and match them to corresponding BCI purchase orders
Perform general administrative tasks such as digital and paper filing
Provide occasional backup support to our payroll team during staff absences
Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) to manage data, documents, and communications
What You Bring to the Table
Strong communication skills--you're clear, professional, and people enjoy working with you
Attention to detail, especially when handling numbers and documents
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general computer systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
Willingness to pitch in where needed and learn on the go
