We are a busy law firm seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and provide administrative support at our Elmira location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in an administrative or reception role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
