Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a professional environment.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general administrative support for team members Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record keeping Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing support via phone or email Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars effectively Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote efficiency

Skills



Proven experience with Office experience, including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry, typing, proofreading, and document management Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems Previous clerical or administrative experience, including front desk duties or medical/dental office experience is a plus Ability to handle filing systems accurately and efficiently Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous but not required Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support team members effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $72,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
