Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office environment. Prior experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, along with familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems Perform data entry with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks Handle filing systems and maintain organized records for easy retrieval Provide customer support through phone etiquette and professional communication Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record keeping Support medical or dental office operations by scheduling appointments and managing patient information Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism Support administrative projects including document preparation, correspondence, and report generation Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management for staff members

Qualifications



Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional typing speed and accuracy along with proofreading abilities Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems Customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not required Ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
