ABOUT THE ROLE



Reporting to the HR and Payroll Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support for HR, while ensuring and maintaining the highest standards of the Calmont Group of companies. Some of the key job duties will include:

Organize and maintain employee personnel files. Assist with pre-screens Maintain branch contact directories. Maintain Employee Emergency contacts. Assist with all aspects of Human Resources, Safety and Recruiting Prepare various reports as requested. Other duties as assigned

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



Able to maintain confidential information, always deal with people sensitively and professionally. Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
