The ideal candidate would have experience working in a physiotherapy clinic and familiar with billing, invoicing, and scheduling. Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage and organize files, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Collaborate with other staff members to support various projects as needed.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in office management procedures and practices.
Experience with Physiotherapy administration and billing to insurance companies an asset but not required.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
Strong clerical skills including filing, record keeping, and document preparation.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Competent in using computerized systems for scheduling and record management.
Excellent customer service skills.
