Position Summary
The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the school, administration, students and staff in a busy school office. This position contributes to the overall positive and welcoming school environment and culture.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
providing administrative, reception and clerical support services
providing a lead role in coordinating, processing and maintaining student information, registration and pre-enrollment
coordinating document requests for out-of-divison students and sending current and new information to PinPoint
creating and updating forms and correspondence
updating school website, SchoolZone, and online calendar
acting as the SchoolZone administrator and using SchoolZone as a key communications tool
coordinating photography days, distribute proofs and troubleshooting for issues
assisting with school events
Education/Qualifications
completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant course of study
a minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a school environment
ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
exceptional customer service orientation
excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerSchool, SchoolZone
First Aid
Rate of Pay
$27.30 - $31.79 per hour
