We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Duties
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
Languages: English or French
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
