We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Delta, BC dealership on a part-time seasonal basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organized behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
Support rental operations by assisting with cash report processing across multiple locations
Match wholesale payment breakdowns with receipts and bank transfers
Reconcile bank transfers from travel agencies and retail customers
Track outstanding payments and balances, investigating and communicating discrepancies as needed
Assist with monitoring balances on closed rental contracts
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Secondary School Diploma (required)
3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a finance- or operations-support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
A positive, professional attitude with a commitment to integrity
