Responsibilities
Collect and verify employee timesheets and hours worked
Track overtime, vacation, and absences
Submit accurate hours to the bookkeeper for payroll processing
Maintain employee records and schedules
Provide general administrative support: filing, correspondence, scheduling, document preparation
Assist with office tasks as assigned
Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative experience (payroll/timekeeping exposure preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information
Good organizational and communication skills
Experience with construction or field staff timesheets is an asset, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.71-$30.14 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
