Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Stormtec Water Management Inc. This role is essential in supporting our operations and enhancing our customer service experience. Located in Delta, BC, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes that contribute to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Safety
Follow safe work procedures and act safely in the office and warehouse.
General Accounting Tasks
Collection calls
:
follow up with customers on overdue invoices
Administer Corporate Visa program, ensuring compliance with Credit Card policy
Organize, scan and upload customer invoice support into ERP/Sharepoint
Enter information from field work orders to ERP
Assist with accounts payable tasks as required
Office Administration
Administer corporate Cell Phone purchasing and Gas Cards programs
Administer and maintain the Telus phone system
Manage and organize the office supplies
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail & couriers
Coordinate corporate travel requests with the agent if required
Assist, and coordinate where needed, company event preparation
Other General
Health & Safety committee member
Assist with organization of corporate social events
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is an asset
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
