We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between staff and customers.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure an efficient operation.
Handle customer inquiries, help customers through our process, and provide exceptional customer support
Navigate and work with our CRM software
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices and financial records using QuickBooks
Request building permits, and wiring permits. Navigate township permit requirements
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency
Work PV system design software and estimation procedures.
Assist with scheduling projects, communication with the installation team.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and filing systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
Demonstrated phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
Customer service experience
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
