Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk and administrative processes. Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices is required. Responsibilities



Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors. Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and assist with basic financial record keeping Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate calendars Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professional phone etiquette Assist with proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records Support clerical functions such as faxing, photocopying, mailing, and inventory management Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and uphold high standards of customer service

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal; professional phone etiquette required Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is required Demonstrated ability to proofread documents accurately and support customer service efforts
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
