Staffmax is hiring for our client\'s office in St. James! They are a large manufacturing company with ample room for growth.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

As a key member of the Costing department, the person will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the costing team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, facilitating communication, and contributing to effective cost management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good excel skills - including VLOOKUP & Text to Column
  • Good math & decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Type 30 words per minute
  • Familiar working with large data files
  • Ability to communicate in English
