We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and customer service, with proficiency in various software applications. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
Job Costing:
Inputting invoices and receipts to track project expenses.
File Management:
Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files.
General Admin:
Answering phones, managing mail, and providing support to the Office Manager and Project Managers.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and the Google ecosystem (Gmail, Google Drive)
Experience with Sage or other accounting software is a plus.
Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
