Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team to help with day-to-day operations and provide support to our management team.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and takes initiative to keep the clinic running smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining an organized office environment.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Receive and organize incoming inventory Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information. Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and managing accounts using QuickBooks or similar software. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and email correspondence. Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and assist with transactions Oversee basic website updates and business social media posts Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and organizational effectiveness. Manage supplier communication and relationships Maintain front store presentation and cleanliness

Experience



Fluent in English (spoken and written) Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with data entry, clerical duties, filing systems, and customer service is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
