Job Description

My Baskets is one of the fastest growing coporate gifting solutions in Canada. We are a small team, but we make a lot of gift baskets. Especially around the holiday season.

My Baskets is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to join us for till 24th December, full time including over time.

Responsibilities:

- Fulfill orders from our website.

- Making UPS shipping labels

- Answer the phone. Taking the orders over the phone.

- Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

- Professional English Speaking and writing

- High School or University degree (Preferred)

- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Strong organizational skills

- Booking keeping experience an asset

Our office is located in Vaughan, Ontario.

This is temporary postion full-time with overtime hours until Dec 24th.



Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 5 weeks

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
