Your Opportunity

Our Southern Alberta Community Development group is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our Calgary office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a group of multidisciplinary professionals to help support the operations of the business center.

Your Key Responsibilities

Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating meeting rooms, organizing catering, and handling special requests.

Performing clerical duties including, inter office mail distribution, arranging couriers, completing data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.

Assisting with document formatting and editing.

Monitoring weekly timecard submissions.

Processing expense reports.

Recording and distributing Invoices.

Managing office equipment inventory and setting up work stations.

Coordinating travel itineraries and arrangements.

Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be willing and able to take initiative.

Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.

Proficiency in all MS Office Suite.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma with a minimum of 2-3 years\' experience supporting teams in an administrative capacity.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
