Tasks

Coordinate the flow of information within the team Evaluate daily operations Motivate staff Plan and organize daily operations Supervise other workers Train staff Establish and implement policies and procedures Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Respond to employee questions and complaints Order office supplies and maintain inventory Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures Oversee payroll administration Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Provide customer service Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
