PERFORM A WIDE RANGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS INCLUDING:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications from clients and underwriters
Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records
Prepare and edit documents including memos, reports, and presentations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Process customer payments
Processing changes to customer policies
Uploading policies on company websites and making changes to it.
Process renewals
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL ARE ESSENTIAL.
PREVIOUS INSURANCE EXPERIANCE IS AN ASSET
