Hybreed Contracting is a construction and earthworks company based out of Castlegar, BC. We are a family owned and operated company that focuses on high quality and reliable service. We are licensed residential builders who focus on new builds and large-scale renovations. We also operate a sewer maintenance and repair division and a gutter division.
We are looking for a hard-working, energetic, and ethical individual to join our office team. This position will be part-time (likely 3 days per week) in support of our main office administrator and duties will include administration and bookkeeping.

Duties:
- Administrative duties such as filing, emails, schedule management, phone and reception
- Bookkeeping data entry in Quickbooks Online
- Accounts payable administration
- Accounts receivable administration
- Payroll administration
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Drafting and editing documents
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role
- Previous bookkeeping background, ideally formal training and experience with Quickbooks Online
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals
- Experience administering receivables and payables
- Experience with bank reconciliations
- Experience administering payroll
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving abilities and initiative
