We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with various office management tools.
Duties
Greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Sage 50, Excel, and Word
Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Support administrative tasks such as creating estimates and invoices and answering emails
Coordinate with team members to ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
Qualifications
Experience with data entry and Sage 50
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions and client support
Ability to type accurately at a high speed and demonstrate strong organizational skills
Reliable computer skills with proficiency in various office software applications
