Agilus is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in the Energy Industry in Calgary, Alberta. The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations Total rewards:

$21.00 hourly
One month contract
Location: Downtown, Calgary
Weekly pay
Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team

A typical day:

Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
Process expense reports; invoicing
Draft, format, and proofread emails, memos, reports, and other documents
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries

Successful candidates will have:

2+ years of administrative experience (ideally legal)
Post-secondary diploma or degree in administration is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite such as Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with the SAP system or equivalent
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
organizational and attention to detail
