Job Description

Role Responsibilities




Perform daily reviews of completed jobs to identify billable work and ensure accurate, timely billing; maintain detailed logs for tracking. Manage and follow up on outstanding purchase orders, confirm invoice issuance, update SAP records, and escalate unresolved cases as needed. Provide logistical support by uploading shipping/receiving documents into SAP, updating job notes, and coordinating with shippers/receivers. Manage general office operations, including supplies, event coordination, and vendor services. Provide administrative assistance to management and offer backup support for other team roles as needed. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications




1-3 years of administrative experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in SAP is considered an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in billing and documentation. Positive, professional attitude and willingness to support team operations.
