Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment

Performs assigned support activities to meet account production processing requirements

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Assist in processes client requests to research issues, resolve problems, provide information by improving internal processes

Assisting in managing the key accounts

Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory, logistics outgoing and incoming, and account notes

Understand the entire process of a transaction and be able to assist where necessary (including documentation)

Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services, updating internal system of record as per requirements

Administrative tasks such as data-entry, invoicing, maintaining payables, applications & forms

Compile data, be able to analyze array of data and statistics, and otherinformation

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co- ordinate the flow of information

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Assist product development team to manage projects & customer relationship

Conducting field market research on new and/or existing products

20% traveling required for market research

Requirements:



Education:

Completion of post-secondary education.

Experience:

2-3 years in administrative, account management, logistics preferred

Important Information:

The regular schedule will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
