Administrative Assistant & Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
to join our Bridgeland-based wellness clinic! We are a thriving practice with a focus on chronic pain, pediatrics, and disabilities, and we're excited to find someone organized, personable, and social-media savvy to help our team run smoothly and stay connected with our community!
Position Summary
Must love people! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is detail-oriented, and has experience managing a professional or personal Instagram account with skills in reels or TikTok. You will be the welcoming face for our clients, assisting with day-to-day reception and admin duties, as well as helping with social media to share our mission and keep our community engaged.
Responsibilities
1. Administrative Assistant
Greet clients and manage all front-desk flow, including booking, billing, emails, phone support, check-in/check-out, and patient coordination.
Maintain organized clinic operations: data entry, filing, opening/closing duties, and light cleaning to keep the space welcoming.
Support clinicians and the admin team with daily tasks, projects, and schedule coordination.
Ensure the reception area and clinic remain tidy, accessible, and inviting for patients and staff.

Social Media & Marketing Coordination
Assist with Instagram and TikTok content creation (posts, stories, reels) and support brand-aligned messaging and community engagement.
Design marketing materials in Canva, help brainstorm ideas, assist with content scheduling, and collaborate on creative direction.
Lead small marketing projects when needed and support newsletters, funnels, and other marketing platforms.
Contribute to promoting services, events, and clinic updates to strengthen our online presence and community connection.
Applicants must
Have experience with social media and marketing, especially Instagram (comfortable with posts, stories, reels)
Be personable, organized, and ready to multitask
Be able to work independently and with a team
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have a positive, supportive attitude and genuinely enjoy engaging with people
Have experience with Jane, or another equivalent scheduling and billing system

Schedule:
Mondays: 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Tuesdays: 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Thursdays: 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Every other Saturday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Pay:
Starts at $16.00 per hour, opportunity for higher pay depending on experience.
