. While there is flexibility to work from home, the successful candidate must be available to attend the Calgary office as required.
While prior medical experience is an asset, it is not required. We are happy to train the right candidate on the medical and surgical aspects of the role. What matters most is

Key Responsibilities
Respond to new patient inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, clarity, and compassion
Schedule patient consultations, follow-up appointments, and surgical dates
Coordinate closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinic leadership to manage schedules and patient flow
Ensure all surgical documentation is completed accurately and on time
Liaise with operating facilities to coordinate bookings and confirm complete patient charts
Manage patient payments, issue receipts, and assist with reimbursement requests
Coordinate with third-party financing providers for patients using financing options
Maintain accurate patient records while upholding strict confidentiality and privacy standards
Enter and reconcile physician billing
Proactively identify inefficiencies and contribute to workflow and process improvements
Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion
What We're Looking For

Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and medical terminology

Previous administrative experience required (medical experience is an asset, not a requirement)
Based in or near Calgary with availability to attend the office when needed
Compensation
Starting at $26 per hour
, with the opportunity for higher starting compensation depending on experience.
