Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment where efficiency and customer service are paramount. Prior experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, along with familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking Provide excellent customer support and service to clients and patients, addressing inquiries promptly Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events Maintain organized files both digitally and physically, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility Support medical or dental office functions as needed, including patient check-in/out processes and insurance documentation

Requirements



Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping is desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and proofread documents accurately Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and medical/dental office procedures is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications are advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$29.00 per hour
