We're looking for a

highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant / Recruiter

to join our vibrant and fast-paced sales office! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and is eager to take initiative, all while contributing to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support

Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems Order and manage office supplies and equipment Perform general office duties, including running occasional errands Provide a professional, welcoming experience for all guests and visitors

Recruiting & Onboarding

Source candidates through platforms like Indeed/LinkedIn Conduct pre-screening phone calls and schedule interviews Manage and streamline the onboarding process for all new hires

Social Media Support

Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing posts across company social media accounts Collaborate with the team to promote job openings and company events online Help grow our online presence and engagement through creative content and regular updates

Qualifications:



Proficiency in Google Drive and office software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is a strong asset Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or reception/admin role A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-energy sales office Participating in conferences and Teamnights
