Job Description

Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company.


We are focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production and


acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.


We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Calgary team.


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive


administrative support to Management across various operational departments. The successful


candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting team


members, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities



Provide direct executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel
arrangements, and correspondence.


Prepare, proofread, and format executive-level reports, presentations, and business documents. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials,
and minutes.


Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Track departmental action items and assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables. Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements for leadership approval. Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and vendors on behalf of senior
management.


Assist with coordination of board meetings, leadership team sessions, and company events. Support document control and filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records. Monitor and order office supplies and assist with general office coordination as needed. Draft internal communications and assist with the distribution of company announcements. Provide backup administrative support across departments when required. Identify and implement opportunities for improving administrative workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications



Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior management or executives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Professional, positive, and discreet demeanor, with sound judgment and interpersonal skills. * Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector is considered an asset.
