Double R Building Products Ltd. is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to join our team full-time. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and visitors - creating a welcoming environment while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role blends customer service, administrative support, and light bookkeeping, offering variety and the chance to work closely with both our sales and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities



Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner Ensure all guests sign in and are informed of site safety procedures Help the sales team organize their paperwork and manage purchase orders from customers Assist the Accounting Assistant with accounts payable and receivable functions Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciling transactions Order and maintain office supplies and inventory as needed Serve as the main point of contact for office and warehouse cleaning staff Update and manage digital media displays in the office and warehouse Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems Support general office operations as needed

Skills & Qualifications



Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
