Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Calgary, AB. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the processing of Insurance and Mutual Funds applications. I addition to providing clerical support, managing phone calls, handling executive administrative tasks, and maintaining communication between various departments. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing documents, and greeting visitors.
Qualifications
Experience in Insurance and Mutual Funds
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette
Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency in Clerical tasks
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Administrative diploma, High school diploma or equivalent
