Make an impact with our Quality, Risk and Compliance team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals provides best-in-class industry and technical expertise to internally drive the success of our Assurance and Accounting practice. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support on a variety of tasks and initiatives
  • Support with content management, communications, formatting, and branding
  • Assist with coordinating logistics, calendar management, shared mailbox support, and preparation of meeting minutes
  • Perform recurring data management and reporting to assist teams and team members with operational roles and responsibilities
  • Assist with service ticket system, ensuring suitable delegation of resources for response, as required
  • Provide various other administrative support as required
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
  • Build relationships and communicate regularly with key stakeholders
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, business, and industry
Skills and Experience
  • At least one year of experience in an administration role is preferred
  • Prior experience working with senior leaders, experience in a professional services environment considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to move tasks forward with minimal direction, influence people to keep tasks on track and to proactively raise matters for discussion as appropriate
  • Strong critical thinking and professional judgement to apply skills, guidelines and best practices between tasks
  • Exceptional eye for detail and ability to stay organized and manage time in a fast paced and agile environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Online considered an asset
  • Ability to speak French considered an asset (spoken and written)
