So what's this role all about?
Reporting to the Senior Leader of the Calgary Distribution Centre, the Administrative Assistant provides support to the Distribution Leaders and Team Members in the areas of Operations, Human Resources, Safety and Finance. In addition to general reception activities, you work with visitors to the Distribution Centre to ensure proper safety procedures are followed. You'll also coordinate hiring and orientation, perform payroll related functions using Time and Attendance software, manage supplies, plan and keep record of Team Member training and coordinate team events.
This position is an on-site role, based in our Calgary DC, which is located at 283009 Logistics Drive
.
There are a variety of shift times within the Calgary Distribution Centre including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. The initial hours of work will be determined on a mutual basis between you and your leader. These shifts are subject to change with notice in the future.

2 years' related work experience
The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Knowledge of supply chain and flow of goods
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
An eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
