We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining efficient office procedures. Assistance to the Admin Supervisor

Responsibilities



Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors at the front desk. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments using QuickBooks. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Social Media competence- Instagram, Facebook, and computer skills both- Mac and PC literacy is a must Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support administrative functions by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong emphasis on customer service. Strong Apple computer skills and social Media competence Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $19.30-$24.64 per hour
