What you'll do:
Provide excellent customer service by phone & email
Fluency in spoken and written English
is required
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and filing
Help manage social media and marketing initiatives (experience an asset)
Handle all shipping & receiving duties as needed
Track inventory
and manage orders through suppliers with the operations manager and president
What we're looking for:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience in marketing, social media, or shipping & receiving is an asset
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with
Excel, Shopify, and Google Drive is an asset
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently as a self-starter
Someone that is willing to become
knowledgeable
about the products we sell and stay open to learning
Details:
30-40 hours per week - Regular schedule being 32hr/wk
$18-$20/hr
