Our well-respected client in Calgary is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team for a contract role.

As the Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage documents
  • Draft and save files
  • Complete timesheets and vacation requests
  • Reporting
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Filling
  • Ad hoc duties as requested
Requirements

Make a positive contribution as an Administrative Assistant with our client. The successful Administrative Assistant will possess the following:
  • Previous experience in administrative role
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly adaptable
  • Available to start immediately
