Administrative Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with long-term stability and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them when appropriate.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming emails, faxes, and correspondence.
Prepare and format documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with managers, clients, carriers, and other staff to support smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Mandarin and English
is required.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Team player with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge or experience in the
insurance industry
is an asset.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum
1 year of administrative or receptionist experience
preferred.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
On-site work (not remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.53-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
