Qualifications & Knowledge:



Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Professional demeanor and customer service mindset High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred*
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Xero is preferred*

Job Responsibilities:



Assist with general bookkeeping including A/R and A/P entries and payroll Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel accommodations Maintain the office condition, arrange necessary repairs, and keep stationery and cleaning supplies stocked Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies, procedures, and company event as necessary Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Assist with basic marketing tasks, including social media and website updates Provide general support to visitors Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
