We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to assist with day-to-day office administrative and AIC education administration tasks. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute to the success of our team.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management. Assist the AIC education team with content updates, social media coordination, and promotional materials. Contribute to education initiatives such as event preparation, material distribution, and campaign tracking Support documentation and data entry for finance and accounting tasks Help organize company events, meetings, and client communications. Perform other general office duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Assist with various projects and corporate events as needed.

Qualifications:



Post-secondary education in Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration major. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of marketing principles or financial processes is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Stress tolerance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
