Office Assistant
Burlington
$23-$24/hr
Temp to Perm
Duties:

  • Answer and triage incoming phone calls, filtering out unsolicited or irrelevant enquiries oRespond to web chat enquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately
  • Draft, edit, and proofread written communications with a high level of attention to detail
  • Create and update opportunities within the CRM
  • Manage basic website content, including adding and removing products
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and product shipments to support the sales team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support
  • Maintain well-organized digital files and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of previous experience in an administrative role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Confidence using CRM systems and basic website management tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Professional phone and web chat experience and etiquette
