The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative, accounting, and finance support, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and project coordination. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal databases, generate reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Perform accounting-related tasks, including invoicing, payment tracking, and expense reconciliation.
Collaborate with team members on administrative and finance-related tasks.
Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Support maintenance-related projects and general administrative duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
Availability for full-time, in-office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
.
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant studies in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(intermediate to advanced), Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Commitment to a long-term role, with an interest in learning company systems and growing within the organization.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism under pressure.
