What you bring:

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support services in the commercial real estate industry or any other professional services industry.

Intermediate proficiency in the Office suite including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.

Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills.

Bonus skills:

Experience in commercial or residential real estate

Interest and ability to use new technology (customer relationship management systems, billing, etc.)

Proficiency in Adobe Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)

Experience conducting research (taxes, demographics, statistics, zoning, etc.).

What success looks like:

You have strong capacities in planning, organization, and prioritization of tasks to complete any project entrusted to you.

You successfully complete edits to legal documents (letters of intent, offers, commission agreements, listing agreements)

You are confident in your skills to manage and organize the advisor\xe2\x80\x99s Outlook (email & calendar), monitoring emails, booking calls with clients, understanding priorities.

You have experience in coordinating projects presented to clients or potential prospects.

You are confident in your ability to maintain a good relationship with clients and colleagues in various departments (data, research, marketing, and brokerage operation specialists).

Au moins 2 \xc3\xa0 3 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en services de soutien administratif dans l\xe2\x80\x99industrie de l\xe2\x80\x99immobilier commercial ou toute autre industrie de services professionnels.

Une ma\xc3\xaetrise de niveau interm\xc3\xa9diaire de la suite Office, y compris MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint.

Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais

D\xe2\x80\x99excellentes capacit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99organisation et de priorisation des t\xc3\xa2ches.

Autres comp\xc3\xa9tences ou exp\xc3\xa9riences (un atout):

Exp\xc3\xa9rience en immobilier commercial ou r\xc3\xa9sidentiel

Int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat et aptitudes pour la nouvelle technologie (syst\xc3\xa8mes de gestion de la relation client, facturation etc.)

Connaissance pratique d\xe2\x80\x99Adobe InDesign et de Photoshop

Connaissance de l\xe2\x80\x99aspect de recherche (taxes, d\xc3\xa9mographie, statistiques, zonage, etc.).

Vous avez confiance en vos comp\xc3\xa9tences de gestion et d\xe2\x80\x99organisation d\xe2\x80\x99agenda Outlook d\xe2\x80\x99un conseiller (courriel et calendrier), dans la planification de rencontres avec les clients et leur priorisation

Vous avez de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la coordination de pr\xc3\xa9sentation pour des clients ou des prospects potentiels.
