Tasks

Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals Motivate staff Plan and control budget and expenditures Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Oversee the preparation of reports Order office supplies and maintain inventory Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Provide customer service Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Supervise office and volunteer staff Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 30 hours per week
