We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties



Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking using QuickBooks. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve processes within the office. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, especially in a medical or dental office setting.

Qualifications



Previous administrative experience is required; experience in a medical or dental office is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management is required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
