Osborne Goddard Team is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Support professional to assist five top-producing Realtors. In this role, you will be an essential part of our fast-paced team, ensuring smooth operations and seamless client experiences through exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Preparing and managing listing documents and MLS content
Coordinating with clients: providing updates, collecting information, and guiding them through next steps
Preparing weekly reports and listing presentations
Assisting with offer preparation: drafting offers, amendments, waivers, and related documentation
Communicating with co-op agents and lawyers regarding offers and listings
Managing sign installations and scheduling photography
Coordinating marketing materials with the team graphic designer
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of real estate administrative experience
Proficiency with Apple macOS and Gmail Suite (laptop provided)
Strong knowledge of: TREB Prop/TX, Google Suite, Follow Up Boss, Skyslope, BrokerBay, Adobe, Webforms, and Docusign
Ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
Confident, hardworking, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
This is an in-office position for the first 90 days, with potential to move to hybrid. Mandatory 3 days in-office.
