Administrative Assistant, Belledune, New Brunswick

When you join our team as a Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the operations leadership team in the mill on various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is bilingual (English and French), organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment. For this role we require someone who is able to go into the office Monday-Friday at the Belledune site.

What You\'ll Do

  • Encourage and promote safe work behavior.
  • Work in the mill building alongside the operations staff.
  • Support operations staff with reporting, record keeping, and other clerical tasks related to maintenance and production activities in the mill.
What You Offer
  • Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).
  • 2 years of previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Positive, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment.
  • Effective organization, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Intermediate skills within the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
