Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! Are you a dynamic, service oriented individual who is eager to learn and support all functions of a business? Duties & Responsibilities:



-Administrative assistance including but not limited to organizing, filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry

-General office duties such as gathering paperwork, preparing and sorting documents

-Answering phones and making outbound calls to clients

-General office duties

-Support to other departments if needed

-Quick books and adobe

Qualifications:



- A team player that works well with others

-Comfortable speaking on the phone

-Highly competent in English

-Ability to multi-task

- detail oriented

-Competent in Microsoft word

Office experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Assets:



-Familiar with adobe illustrator and/or graphic artistry

-Familiar with Quick books
