Job Description

We are currently seeking a self-motivated dental office administrator who's looking for an exciting growth situation to join our family at Braces+ Orthodontics.

Braces+ Orthodontics is a specialty clinic located in the center of Airdrie. We provide comprehensive orthodontic services for children, teenagers, and adults. We specialize in removable clear aligners and fixed braces.

Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for someone who can be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the office, which includes:

Greet and welcome patients into the practice (Check in patients) Answering phone calls Scheduling patient appointments Verifying and updating patient information Insurance and contract paperwork Email communication Other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills: Fun and energetic personality, team-player, patient-friendly, professional, responsible and detail-oriented. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of service in a fast paced environment. Strong computer and digital technology.
