Bannister Chevrolet Penticton is currently looking for and Administration Assistant to assist in the daily administrative duties required for our busy dealership. We are looking for someone to fill our Tuesday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday position or 4 days a week is a possibility as well. Some of the daily activities you will be tasked with include:
Assemble, review and verify invoices and cheque requests
Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
Sort, code and match invoices
Set invoices up for payment
Enter and upload invoices into our system
Track expenses and process expense reports
